I can still remember the noise (pollution?) caused by this kind of horse-drawn haycutter. There´s a pun in this picture. The golf term ´tee´ is also an imperative form of the Finnish verb
´tehdä´( = ´make´ in English).

This is another contribution on mine to the the theme of "nightless night" . Being awake at midnight the day before yesterday it occurred to me to go and have a try to catch the moment. This is what it looked like at midnight when the sky was cloudless and there was no wind.
We had a lovely sunny Midsummer Eve until 6 pm when this picture was shot. It is warm though and there´re lots of mosquitoes. No matter what the weather is like, enjoy the Midsummer skies in the northern hemisphere here all of you!
Today´s challenge in Photo Thursday is nightless night. The weather permitting, the higher you climb or drive on the map of Finland, the more and the further you see - light. The sun doesn´t set at all for months in the north of Finland.
If you wanted to try a traditional Midsummer magic trick to see your beloved-to-be, you would need seven different flowers to be placed under your pillow. I wouldn´t take Taraxacum offinale, for a reason you must know. :)

When I take pictures of flowers I often get an insect or two as a bonus. The picture above is a rarity in my gallery.
The trees and bushes are as green as they ever get. It was misty today at 9.15.
